Job summary

The Hollister Group is seeking a Senior Project Management Associate to support the IT PMO and lead projects across Capital Markets, Enterprise Architecture, Corporate Platforms, and other areas firm-wide. You will steer timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, 6+ years in technology deployment, PMP or MBA credentials, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Qualifications

• PMO/project governance and reporting experience in financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across multiple business units and IT teams.
• Develop schedules, milestones and manage project progress.
• Produce dashboards and executive status reports for sponsors.
• Manage budgets, resources and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with IT leaders to align strategy and governance.
