Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Senior Manager of IT PMO to help build and scale Pattern Energy's IT Program Management Office. You will lead programs across four technology pillars—NERC CIP/Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications (Oracle, Allegro), Data/AI & Integration, and Infrastructure & Cloud—and report to IT leadership with executive-level visibility.

• 10+ years of IT program/portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record building or scaling a PMO function in utilities/renewables.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Data/AI initiatives and NERC CIP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO governance, intake, prioritization, and stage-gate processes.
• Manage a team of Program Managers across four technology pillars.
• Own executive portfolio reporting and PMO tooling selection.
• Oversee IT budget planning, forecasting, and vendor management.
