Job summary

Concentrix in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Supply Chain Transformation initiatives across procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier management. The role requires deep IT project management expertise, strong Agile delivery skills, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Mandatory experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience including backlog, sprint, and release management.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar SCM platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Supply Chain Transformation programs from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and delivery performance.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, backlog mgmt, and releases.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, reporting and release visibility.
• Coordinate with business, technology, vendor, and operations stakeholders.
• Oversee enterprise app implementations, integrations, testing, deployment, post-launch.
• Coordinate risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation plans.
• Lead executive communications and governance forums.
• Ensure tech solutions support procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.
• Support change management, stakeholder readiness, and user adoption.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, financial tracking, and cross-functional execution.
• Guide SIT, UAT, deployment planning, defect triage, and release readiness.
