Concentrix is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – Finance Transformation to lead complex, cross‑functional programs modernizing financial processes, enterprise apps, and data platforms. You will partner with business, finance, technology, and vendor teams to drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience on large cross‑functional tech initiatives.
• Mandatory experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience including backlog management, sprint planning, tracking and governance.
• Experience leading Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or related enterprise tech projects.
• Strong budget, forecast, and financial governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligned to priorities, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams with transparency and accountability.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate with business, finance, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive status reporting.
• Support finance process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, cutover readiness, and production readiness.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and adoption plans.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans with timely escalation.
• Ensure finance technology solutions are delivered with quality and measurable value.
