Concentrix in Portland, OR (hybrid: 3 days onsite) seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead Finance Transformation programs driving modernization of financial processes, enterprise apps, and reporting platforms.

The role demands hands-on Agile delivery, deep IT project management experience, and proficiency with Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and governance while coordinating with business, finance, technology, and vendors for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Mandatory Agile delivery experience.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint planning, reporting, governance.
• Experience leading Finance Transformation, finance systems, or enterprise tech projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project financial governance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, finance, technology, vendors, and executives.
• Experience overseeing SIT, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation programs aligned to priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams with transparency and accountability.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, governance, and delivery oversight.
• Partner with business, finance, tech, and vendor stakeholders to coordinate activities.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting.
• Support finance process improvements and digital transformations for efficiency.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover readiness, and production readiness activities.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, adoption plans, and communications.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
