Job summary

Parts Town Senior IT Project Manager (Enterprise Applications) leads the delivery, optimization, and support of enterprise applications and integration platforms enabling core business processes. This role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to ensure ERP, CRM, APIs, and EDI operate reliably.

You will drive governance, roadmaps, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship, while advancing automation and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise applications.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, EDI, and middleware.
• Proven vendor management and contract oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives including ERP, CRM, integration, and related platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Establish delivery governance, project standards, and release management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external partners.
• Own application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise integration solutions including APIs, EDI, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.
• Collaborate with architects to define scalable integration strategies and standards.
• Ensure reliable data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Support modernization initiatives leveraging SAP Integration Suite, APIs, cloud services, and automation technologies.
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology solutions.
• Facilitate prioritization of application enhancements and project portfolios.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Establish KPIs and service metrics for enterprise application delivery and support.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead incident management and problem resolution for critical business applications.
• Mentor and develop application delivery, business analysis, and support teams.
