Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to ensure reliable IT services for clinical and corporate staff across Chattanooga and nationwide clinics. You will handle queues via phone, chat, and tickets, perform remote support, and assist with hardware/software deployment.

The role emphasizes MS 365 administration, Entra ID/AD management, and security/compliance collaboration with our MSP. Flexibility for non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare IT environments (EMR/EHR) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity services.
Experience with Fortinet network environments.
Scripting and automation using PowerShell.
Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for clinical and corporate staff.
Manage and monitor Microsoft 365 services and user identities.
Resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and iOS.
Coordinate with MSP to maintain security and compliance.
Maintain service reliability and performance across locations.
