Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience in enterprise, multi‑platform environments.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
