Job summary

TEKsystems in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Computer Operations Manager to lead IT service delivery, overseeing assets, deployments, and lifecycle management. You will drive incident, change, and request processes while ensuring SLAs and security standards are met.

The role requires 7+ years of IT experience across multi-platform environments, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel to remote sites as needed. This is a contract-based, fully onsite position in Kissimmee.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT work experience with exposure to multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of IT services across the program and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of IT assets (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, servers).
• Develop and implement IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, and request).
• Coordinate software rollouts, updates, and patch management enterprise-wide.
• Monitor service desk performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to remote sites 25%–40% to resolve issues and deploy resources.
