Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead the information technology infrastructure and operations for a fast-paced construction environment in Yonkers, NY.

You will supervise a small IT team, manage networks, systems, and security tooling, and partner with internal stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives. Responsibilities include vendor management, onboarding/offboarding, security governance, and ensuring reliable support for end users.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years IT leadership in corporate environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small internal IT team, including help desk staff and technical support.
• Oversee management, configuration, and optimization of networks, systems, and security tools (Meraki, M365, Azure).
• Implement and manage security tools, protocols, and best practices.
• Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely end-user support.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, SaaS platforms, and equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate strategic technical initiatives and onboarding/offboarding processes.
