Job summary

YAS Networks seeks a hands-on Technical Lead to own engineering delivery and quality across customer network and security environments. You will lead engineers, make sound technical decisions, and stay involved in designs, migrations, and production changes.

You will coordinate with operations and management to translate requirements into clear plans, assign work, and verify results. The role blends hands-on engineering with leadership across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering with leadership of engineers.
• Proven delivery of production projects or managed services.
• Strong experience with Cisco campus/data center designs and routing/switching.
• Experience leading complex migrations and incident responses with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for assigned customer environments and prioritize risks.
• Lead engineers, conduct design reviews, and establish runbooks and standards.
• Architect and implement campus, data center, WAN, and security projects from discovery to handover.
• Own firewall policy, VPNs, HA, and NAC; review security changes and impacts.
• Lead major incidents, coordinate with TAC, provide customer updates, and close actions.
• Ensure change quality with readiness reviews, backups, and post-change validation.
• Maintain diagrams, inventories, backups, monitoring, and lifecycle tracking.
• Lead customer discussions, provide scope and effort estimates, and manage scope changes.
