Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the company’s information technology infrastructure and operations. You will oversee a small internal IT team, manage networks and security tools, and drive strategic technical initiatives to support a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership with strong judgment and proactive problem-solving to align technology with business goals in the New York region.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive IT experience in a corporate or similarly structured organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate and function effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small internal IT team, including help desk staff and technical support
• Oversee networks, systems, and security tools, including Meraki, Microsoft 365, and Azure infrastructure
• Implement and manage security tools, protocols, and best practices
• Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely, efficient support for end‑users
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, SaaS platforms, and equipment suppliers
• Coordinate, collaborate, and execute strategic technical initiatives
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning, deployment, and secure deactivation
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, licenses, configurations, and disaster recovery processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and identify improvements in efficiency and security
