Job summary
Hensel Phelps seeks a Senior IT Operations Engineer to supervise network design and implementation across the regional footprint. You will support desktop users at offices and projects, maintain hardware inventory, licensing, and onboarding.

Qualifications
- College degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 4+ years.Experience leading IT engineers and projects.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards.
- Strong experience with Azure AD, Windows Server, Office 365, VMware, and virtualization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise design, build, and implementation of network systems across the region.
- Provide desktop support at regional offices and project locations.
- Maintain IT hardware inventory, licensing, onboarding/offboarding.
- Lead development and enforcement of IT policies and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage budgeting for IT hardware and software procurement.
