Job summary

Bikeleasing Group is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to move from reactive support to standardized, cloud-based automation in a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.

You will standardise and automate IT operations, plan and operate complex 365/Azure configurations (SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC), own incident and change management, lead security incident responses with the SOC, and expand UEM/MDM with Intune across Windows, iOS and macOS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure)
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem and change management
• Experience in IT security operations and incident response – EDR, Defender and Compliance Center
• Hands-on mindset, ownership, and proactive problem solving
• Experience with IT process automation (scripting, workflow automation, M365 automations)
• Advanced command of German (C1) and fluent English (B2)

• Standardise, develop and automate IT operations processes in our Cloud-Only environment
• Plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations – including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC and access reviews
• Own incident, problem and change management based on ITIL principles with a clear SLA focus
• Handle IT security incidents, lead incident response activities and collaborate closely with our SOC
• Develop our UEM/MDM setup using Intune across Windows, iOS and macOS – including software distribution and policy management

• You standardise, develop and automate IT operations processes in our Cloud-Only environment, actively driving the transformation forward
• You plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations – including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC and access reviews
• You own incident, problem and change management based on ITIL principles with a clear SLA focus, analysing issues at the root rather than treating symptoms
• You handle IT security incidents, lead incident response activities (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) and collaborate closely with our SOC
• You further develop our UEM/MDM setup using Intune across Windows, iOS and macOS – including software distribution and policy management

Your strengths

• You bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure)
• You have a strong understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem and change management and work in a structured, solution-oriented way
• You have experience in IT security operations and incident response – EDR, M365 Defender and the Compliance Center are familiar territory for you
• You have a strong hands-on mindset, take ownership early and hit the ground running
• Experience with IT process automation (scripting, workflow automation, M365 automations) or first exposure to AI-supported functions is a plus
• You have an advanced command of German (C1 level) and are fluent in English (B2 level)
