Job summary

Bikeleasing Group is seeking an IT Operations Engineer (gn) to drive cloud-based IT across Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will transform reactive operations into standardized, proactive processes and protect our digital platform.

You will own incident response, manage changes per ITIL, and develop our Intune-based UEM/MDM for Windows, iOS and macOS, while collaborating with the SOC and security teams. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem and change management knowledge.
• Experience in IT security operations and incident response (EDR, Defender, Compliance Center).
• Hands-on mindset, ownership mentality and proactive approach.
• Experience with IT process automation or exposure to AI-enabled functions.
• Fluent English and advanced German (C1) required.

Responsibilities

• You standardise, develop and automate IT operations in our Cloud-Only environment, driving transformation.
• Plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations – including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC and access reviews.
• Own incident, problem and change management with a clear SLA focus, analyzing root causes.
• Handle IT security incidents, lead incident response activities and collaborate with the SOC.
• Develop UEM/MDM setup using Intune across Windows, iOS and macOS, including software distribution and policy management.
