Hetzner Cloud GmbH is expanding its Networking team in Germany, combining office in Munich with remote work options. You will advance our network cloud products, integrate new SaaS offerings, and work within CI/CD pipelines powered by GitLab and Kubernetes.
The role emphasizes automated testing, code reviews, and collaborative development across teams. We value clean code, practical architecture (DDD, microservices), and robust API design (gRPC/REST).
Our Hetzner Cloud team consists of around 80 employees and works both remotely across Germany and from our office in Munich (Unterföhring).
Our Networking team is responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of modern cloud infrastructure products. We develop entirely new SaaS offerings, such as Container Registries, as well as networking-specific solutions including Private Networks, Firewalls, IP management and DNS. We work in a structured way, without losing the freedom to try out new ideas and actively drive things forward. Empowerment is not a buzzword for us, but something we put into practice every day: we encourage every team member to take ownership, contribute their own ideas and embrace new challenges. Processes that work are continuously improved, and those that do not are replaced. As our products are closely intertwined with other teams, we place great importance on open communication and close collaboration across team boundaries.
The annual salary for this position is between €68,000 and €86,500 gross. The exact salary level will be determined based on professional experience and the scope of responsibilities.
