Job summary

AGR, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced IT Operations leader with 12+ years in IT and at least 5 years in IT Operations. You will design, deploy, and sustain secure network and cloud infrastructures supporting classified and unclassified domains.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance eligibility for access to SCI/SAP, strong collaboration with government stakeholders, and governance over budgets and security controls across DARPA networks and data centers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with increasing responsibility, at least 5 years in IT Operations.
• DOD or DARPA experience preferred and Top-Secret clearance eligible for SCI/SAP
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure network and cloud infra environments
• Experience in coordinating with government stakeholders and managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network and cloud infrastructures.
• Oversee DARPA networks and data centers to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive outages avoidance measures.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure DARPA requirements are met.
• Coordinate with ITD Chiefs and government offices for regular reporting and reviews.
• Review IT contract deliverables and ensure compliance with federal policies and regulations.
