Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to serve as the senior technical advisor for the client’s network, cloud, application, and enterprise technology strategy and design in Arlington, Virginia. The role combines architecture leadership with engineering depth to translate mission needs into secure, scalable solutions and to guide teams and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a closely related technical field.
• 15+ years of IT architecture and engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering and network architecture.
• Minimum 5 years leading enterprise/solutions architecture for complex IT environments.
• Minimum 5 years of cloud architecture experience in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Experience translating business needs into architecture decisions, standards, and designs.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise technology strategy, target architecture, standards, roadmaps, taxonomies, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to identify requirements for new or enhanced enterprise capabilities.
• Lead network, cloud, and application architecture aligned with the client environment and mission objectives.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and technology evaluations for new services.
• Guide design documents, technical requirements, and architecture diagrams for implementations.
• Ensure architectures address security, scalability, interoperability, and performance.
