Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with increasing responsibility.
• At least 5 years in IT Operations.
• Top-Secret clearance, eligible for SCI and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network and cloud infrastructures (classified and unclassified).
• Support switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Develop network diagrams, docs, and standards.
• Oversee DARPA networks and data centers to ensure availability, performance and security.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and implement proactive outage prevention.
• Enforce network policies and manage device configurations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and track progress.
• Serve as IT Operations Lifecycle SME supporting ITD Government mission delivery.
• Review IT contract deliverables and provide assessments.
• Ensure compliance with federal and DoD policies (e.g., NIST 800-53, CNSS 1253, DOD 8510.01, ICD 503).
• Prepare for CSSP and CORA external audits.
• Recommend security solutions and configurations to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with vendors to assess IT solutions and technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships to meet DARPA requirements.
• Facilitate communication with ITD government Chiefs and DARPA offices.
• Provide reporting on contractor performance and delivery; evaluate CTOs and mandates.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders and security officials.
