Job summary

GreenWaste Recovery, Inc. is seeking an IT Network Administrator to implement, monitor, and secure the company’s enterprise network across locations, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure & Cyber Security. The role covers LAN, WAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, voice, and cloud-connected environments.

You will maintain connectivity, manage incidents, perform lifecycle upgrades, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and security partners, including after-hours support for critical events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CISSP or CISM certification preferred; multiple certifications encouraged.
• Experience leading infrastructure and cybersecurity operations in hybrid environments.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, VPN, SD-WAN, firewall, and voice services across locations.
• Configure routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls, and related management platforms per standards.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and security; investigate alerts; document root causes; implement fixes.
• Maintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, and secure remote access; connect to cloud services.
• Lead selection and lifecycle management of infrastructure and cybersecurity platforms; manage vendors and SLAs.
• Provide governance for SOC/MDR services; escalate and coordinate incidents and improvements.
