Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi across multiple offices. The role emphasizes collaboration with infrastructure and application teams to ensure security, performance, and reliability in a hybrid cloud environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in large enterprise routing and switching, 5+ years in Wi‑Fi and firewall administration, and 2+ years with Azure/AWS cloud networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise LAN/WAN routing and switching experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise Wi-Fi networks and firewalls (Palo Alto preferred).
• 2+ years cloud networking in Azure/AWS with hybrid connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement/monitor hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).
• Manage cloud security groups, NSGs, VPNs, and network policies; perform traffic analysis with troubleshooting.
• Develop network automation scripts (PowerShell, Ansible) and maintain documentation.
