Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Network Administrator Team Lead to supervise and advance the company’s IT infrastructure, including network devices, security, and configurations. You will set up, maintain, and optimize networks, VoIP, firewalls, switches, routers, and access points while ensuring service levels.

You will lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and participate in IT budgeting, with occasional travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent years of job experience required.
• LAN/WAN design and installation experience preferred.
• Cisco Route/Switch experience preferred.
• Juniper Network Configuration experience preferred.
• IT security experience preferred.
• Network monitoring experience preferred.
• Wireless technology implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience preferred.
• MPLS and BGP experience preferred.
• DNS and DHCP working knowledge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workload among Network team members.
• Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and infrastructure.
• Install new hardware and software upgrades after planning and testing.
• Monitor system performance and propose updates to improve efficiency.
• Work with vendors and negotiate services; manage WAN contracts.
• Participate in IT Operations budget development.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Attend training and stay current on systems and software.
