Tractor Supply Company is seeking a seasoned Merchandising Business Analyst to analyze and define merchandising processes, including forecasting, replenishment, store planning, and supply chain solutions. The role requires deep domain expertise and ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

You will collaborate with partners and project teams, participate in design sessions, and guide system changes from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years supporting Merchandising, Forecasting, Replenishment, Store Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the execution of test cases as part of the Quality Assurance process.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements for developers and project team, including process models and diagrams.
• Meet with partners, project managers, and vendors to determine scope, goals, and priorities, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate configuration changes for applications in responsibility area.
• Define, analyze, and evaluate existing functions and propose process improvements.
• Lead design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance processes and document risks and mitigations.
• Provide end-user orientation for modifications and new functionality.
• Review system design plans for alignment with business needs.
• Research software/hardware to justify recommendations and support purchasing.
