Job summary

Sunset Studios in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations across the region, ensuring reliable, secure systems aligned with enterprise standards and local needs. You’ll manage IT staff, delivery, and budgets while tailoring enterprise platforms to Sunset Studios’ workflows and VIP expectations.

Collaborate with IT leadership and engineering on infrastructure initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure compliant security controls and SOX alignment across technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive IT experience in service delivery, infrastructure, and enterprise apps.
• Bachelor’s degree required; leadership experience with IT teams.
• Proven budget tracking and vendor engagement capabilities.
• Strong communication and VIP/C-level support experience.
• Proficient with M365, Azure AD, Intune, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, workload distribution, and staff development.
• Serve as primary IT leader for the assigned area, aligning IT initiatives with goals.
• Track IT budgets and operational spend with reporting for projects and services.
• Coordinate with central IT on vendor engagement and contracts.
• Own lifecycle, service delivery, and client satisfaction for IT services.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives and security compliance.
• Mentor IT staff and foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Report on service performance and client satisfaction to drive improvement.
