Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of IT principles, systems and best practices.
• Experience with network security protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with data management concepts (backup, recovery, storage).
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR or CCPA).

As a Senior IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology operations of our company in Los Angeles You will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology systems and processes are efficient secure and aligned with business goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the companys information technology needs
• Oversee all aspects of IT operations including hardware and software maintenance network security and data management
• Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• Masters degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent knowledge of information technology principles systems and best practices

$1000 per month negotiable based on experience
