RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate IT to lead the internal IT organization, shaping strategy, security, and day-to-day operations of our enterprise technology ecosystem in a hybrid Reston, VA setting.

The role emphasizes proactive IT operations, endpoint and identity lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to support mission-critical government contracting work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Corporate IT experience including hands-on administration and leadership.
• Strong hands-on administration across the Microsoft ecosystem (365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune).
• Experience in regulated environments (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001) and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal Corporate IT organization, overseeing strategy, security, and day-to-day operations of the enterprise tech stack.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, identity lifecycles, and access controls with least-privilege principles.
• Oversee help desk, ticket management, and cross-functional partnerships to meet business needs.
