Job summary

RIVA Solutions Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect (Azure / Windows) to lead Azure and Windows infrastructure modernization for the NTIA ISCOM program.

This full-time onsite role requires an Active Secret clearance and supports mission-critical Federal infrastructure. You will provide hands-on engineering for Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud modernization, and ITSM, mentoring staff and coordinating with Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years cloud engineering and cybersecurity experience.
• Azure and Windows Server expertise essential.
• Experience leading Federal O&M teams.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure and Windows infrastructure modernization.
• Provide hands-on engineering and incident resolution.
• Manage Active Directory, patching, VPN, firewalls, and O&M.
• Implement ITSM processes.
• Support Zero Trust and FISMA/NIST compliance.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement.
• Produce architecture documentation.
• Mentor technical staff.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders.

Program Overview

• Department of Commerce experience.
• BigFix, Intune, Azure VDI, Exchange migration experience.
• Networking knowledge including VLANs and firewalls.
• Experience leading distributed teams.

Salary

$175,000
