Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in Digital Customer technologies (Web, Mobile, Voice).
• 8 years of IT experience in SAP CRM, Salesforce, IVR/ACD integrations.
• 6+ years using system monitoring tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technology strategies and lead major system enhancements.
• Oversee adoption of cutting-edge technologies and improve customer experience.
• Align with corporate objectives; manage substantial budgets across departments.
• Drive completion of Digital Customer programs and maintain roadmaps.
• Collaborate with lines of business to define Digital Customer solutions.
• Work with external vendors to integrate new products and solutions.
