Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of experience in the job offered or related.
• 6 years of work experience in Digital Customer technologies.
• 8 years of experience in IT systems development for Electric and Gas operations.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term technology strategies for Digital Customer and related platforms.
• Lead major system enhancements in Digital Customer and Contact Center space.
• Oversee adoption of new technologies to improve customer experience.
• Create and manage product roadmaps for Digital Customer applications.
• Collaborate with multiple business lines to define solutions and enable enterprise goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for metering/CGI integrations and new products.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and ensure architectural standards.
