Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL.
• Experience: 5–10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Networking, cloud computing, scripting, cybersecurity tools, and project management software.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, training, and performance.
• Manage daily IT operations, including network maintenance and system uptime.
• Analyze current systems and assets to recommend upgrades or migrations.
• Manage major IT projects, including cloud migrations and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Evaluate and enhance cybersecurity measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage IT budgets.
