Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM) is seeking an IT Manager (Application Development) to lead a team of software engineers, analysts, and testers responsible for applications supporting insurance claims, billing, and other critical operations. You will drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement across platforms such as Java, Oracle, .NET, PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle BI, and Salesforce.

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Time core hours.
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams with coaching and performance management.
• Experience managing technical projects, priorities, and delivery schedules using Jira, MS Project, and Confluence; defining standards and procedures.
• Experience leading application development teams and software delivery across full lifecycle of critical applications.

• Ensure development tools and processes align with security and compliance best practices.
• Define goals and processes that support the IT strategy.
• Identify, develop, and implement policies and procedures for team activities.
• Prioritize work in a dynamic environment with daily new tasks.
