Trane Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Senior IT Leader to drive strategic technology vision and operational excellence across a multi-facility manufacturing campus. You will align IT/OT with business goals, lead the local site IT team, and champion digital factory initiatives to enable lean productivity and safety.
You will partner with operations leadership, enterprise IT, and SBU IT to scale MES, strengthen OT cybersecurity, and govern capital and operational technology investments
Qualificações
- Education: Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering required; MBA/MS preferred.
- 15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in discrete manufacturing/Smart Factory.
- 8+ years of direct people leadership; strong coaching track record.
- Deep MES, industrial automation, shop-floor traceability, inventory/WMS, and quality systems experience.
- Safety/EHS compliance in industrial environments.
Responsabilidades
- Shape and execute a 3- to 5-year technology roadmap for site capacity growth and sustainability targets.
- Lead site IT governance, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Direct on-site IT team and manage onshore/offshore partners and SLAs.
