Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Senior IT Leader for Grand Rapids, MI to provide strategic technology leadership across a multi‑facility campus. You will align OT/IT with long‑term business goals and drive digital factory initiatives, including MES modernization and OT cybersecurity.

You will lead the site IT team, manage onshore/offshore partners, and champion Lean IT to enable data‑driven decisions and sustainable manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• MBA or MS preferred for technology leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic IT leadership and align IT/OT with site goals.
• Lead governance for CapEx/OpEx technology investments and site initiatives.
• Direct and develop the site IT team; manage partner engagements and SLAs.
• Ensure uptime and resilience for manufacturing IT/OT systems.
