Job summary

Vision Government Solutions seeks a Sr. IT Manager to lead a geographically distributed team responsible for network, security, applications, incident response, and Azure hosting.

You will shape the technology roadmap, manage budgets and vendors, and drive innovative, secure IT operations across locations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with executives, and proven ability to align IT initiatives with business strategy, including post‑M&A integration.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive IT experience with hands-on infra, SRE, or app management.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (Azure preferred) and on‑premise systems.
• Leadership in cybersecurity management and governance activities.
• Data-driven decision making and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed IT team across network, security, app config, incident response, and Azure hosting.
• Own IT budget, vendor relationships, and the team roadmap to align with business goals.
• Drive innovation for scalable, secure operations and post‑M&A integration.
• Build a productive team culture and balance priorities across locations.
