You will define and track cybersecurity priorities with the CISO, lead governance forums, develop executive dashboards, and drive risk‑based security initiatives across IT, legal, risk, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–12 years in cybersecurity program management.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience communicating security concepts to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and communicate the company’s cybersecurity strategy and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional security programs including risk assessments and compliance readiness.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports translating security metrics into business insights.
• Coordinate governance forums and leadership briefings.
• Align security initiatives with business objectives across IT, risk, legal, and security teams.
• Provide decision‑making support and escalate cyber risk to appropriate committees.
