Vision Government Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Manager to lead a geographically distributed team covering network, security, application configuration and incident response for internal helpdesks and Azure hosting facilities.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver secure, scalable IT services. You’ll own the IT roadmap, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across multiple locations while fostering a productive culture

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience with hands-on infra or SRE work.
• Hybrid cloud and on-prem environment experience.
• Cybersecurity leadership and governance experience.
• Budget forecasting, licensing, and vendor decisions.
• Leading distributed teams across locations.
• Data-driven prioritization and resource allocation.
• M&A due diligence, integration planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed IT team across locations and remote members.
• Set daily and long-term priorities and maintain IT roadmap.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships and spend governance.
• Drive innovation for efficiency, security, and timely delivery.
• Oversee IT projects including integration of acquisitions.
