Qualifications

• Five+ years in supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, middleware, and data exchanges.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, and JSON integration formats.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Release, and Configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage file translation maps and business rules for data transmission.
• Collaborate with architects to design, test, and deploy integration services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents to meet SLAs.
• Support EDI transactions, file transfers, APIs, and interfaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Perform routine system health checks and proactive issue resolution.
• Assist change management and deployment of enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation in ITSS Knowledge Base.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incidents.
• Support continuity and disaster recovery documentation.
