Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Murray, UT seeks an experienced integration specialist to support EDI and API-based partner integrations. You will oversee onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live activities, resolving issues across partners and vendors.
You will handle EDI processing, inventory data coordination, and production support while mentoring offshore staff to ensure service continuity.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in EDI Integration Support and ANSI X12.
- Experience with API-based integrations and partner onboarding.
- Lifecycle management from onboarding to production support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- L1/L2 support for partner integrations using EDI and API tech.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues with vendors.
- Manage EDI processing, exceptions, and error resolution.
- Handle order resend processing and successful transactions.
- Investigate inventory feed and data synchronization issues.
- Support onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate API credentials, tokens, and authentication.
- Document workflows, procedures, and runbooks.
- Mentor offshore resources for continuity.
