Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of progressive IT support/systems administration experience
• Proven ability to administer, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise network, server, and virtualization infrastructure
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and security issues
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support staff and prepare them for advancement
• Develop, standardize, and improve SOPs, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Drive automation of routine tasks using scripting tools and participate in on-call rotation
