Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the United States. This hands‑on role owns enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS compute, Dell EMC storage, and Cohesity backup systems across primary and secondary sites.

You will assess, modernize, and lead initiatives while guiding teams and vendors. The ideal candidate provides 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, strong leadership, and expertise in virtualization, backup,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience.
5+ years managing VMware virtualization environments (vSphere, vCenter) and Dell EMC storage.
3-5 years administering backup platforms (Cohesity preferred).
Experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Cisco UCS compute, LogicMonitor alerting, and ITSM (ServiceNow).
Security, patching, DR planning, and disaster recovery experience.

Responsibilities

Assess current state of infrastructure and document findings across VMware, UCS, Dell EMC, Cohesity, and networks.
Lead projects from scoping to execution including hardware deployments and upgrades.
Serve as technical lead for infrastructure decisions and cross-functional alignment.
Manage and monitor VMware/UCS/Dell EMC infrastructure at primary and secondary sites.
Administer Cohesity backups for reliability and efficiency.
Respond to incidents and service requests per SLAs and SOC standards.
Plan and perform DR testing and maintain runbooks and diagrams.
