Job summary

BioUrja Advisors LLC, a global energy services company, seeks an IT Operations Lead to manage reliability, security, and architecture of enterprise IT. You will own infrastructure across cloud and on-prem, mentor teams, and drive complex projects while coordinating with the VP of Enterprise Infrastructure & Security.

The role supports ~700 employees across 20 locations, primarily in the U.S., with international facilities. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience
• Experience as lead or principal technical authority in a distributed environment
• Expert-level administration across Azure, M365, Entra ID, AD, Windows Server, and AVD
• Strong networking with firewalls, VPNs, switching, Fortinet/Meraki
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery (Commvault, Veeam)

Responsibilities

• Own admin, maintenance, architecture, and advanced troubleshooting of enterprise cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Primary senior technical authority for Azure, M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and AVD.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network connectivity.
• Lead critical infrastructure incidents with triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive action across time zones.
• Mentor engineers, supervise staff, and coordinate with VP on priorities and escalation.
• Oversee vendor relations, licensing, and service delivery with IT leadership guidance.
