Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 10 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT/technology projects.
• Knowledge of VMware and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of archival and backup applications and solutions.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and MS SQL Server/Exchange.
• Experience designing, installing, configuring and upgrading infrastructure components.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Expert understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional, organization-wide project teams.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Ability to travel to department and branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day project activities and deliverables.
• Apply SDLC approaches to project management and IT product delivery.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and deliverables.
• Develop and complete RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
• Forecast completion estimates and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Evaluate and manage risk and ensure quality standards.
