Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive enterprise compute, storage and data center infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
• Strategic planning and execution in IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, operation and optimization of enterprise compute, storage and data center infra.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate IT leadership and professionals for high performance.
• Oversee data center operations including facility management and vendor relations.
• Ensure availability, performance, security and compliance across hybrid environments.
• Develop and execute backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with network, security and cloud teams for integrated solutions.
• Manage capacity planning and optimize resources for growing freight operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
