Job summary

OP RaaS is seeking an IT leadership executive to design and govern a secure, highly available enterprise network. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation, and manage multi-site connectivity including VPNs and SD-WANs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk governance, and strong executive communication to align IT with business needs across Tennessee and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and enterprise systems.
• Strategic planning and execution in IT environments.
• Proven expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WANs and wireless networking
• Strong background in designing, troubleshooting and maintaining high-availability distributed networks
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and change management initiatives.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a team of IT leadership and professionals to enable capability growth and delivery excellence.
• Define and govern enterprise network architecture for scalable, secure connectivity across environments.
• Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WANs, and wireless networks.
• Oversee network performance, availability and incident response with proactive monitoring and analysis.
• Establish and enforce network standards, documentation, and operational procedures in line with cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and field teams to ensure reliable connectivity at key operational sites.
• Manage third-party network service providers and vendors to meet SLAs and project goals.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
