OP RaaS is seeking an accomplished Information Technology leader to drive design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems. You will shape cloud strategy, security, governance, and digital transformation across multiple domains, leading teams and partnering with executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, incl. 5+ in leadership over cross-functional teams.
• Strategic IT planning and execution.
• Expertise in AWS/Azure, NIST/ISO, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong financial acumen; manage multi-million IT budgets.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and change management.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate IT leaders.
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
• Lead cloud migration, platform strategy, and infra deployment.
• Develop automation and IaC for scalability.
• Govern cloud provisioning, costs, security, and compliance.
• Partner with app, security, and operations teams for cloud-native solutions.
• Oversee IT ops, infra, and service delivery.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relations, and contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data protection standards.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
