Job summary

Institute for Community Living Inc. seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our NYC IT team.

You will contribute to day-to-day deployment, management, monitoring, maintenance, support, and incident response across ICL's infrastructure and cybersecurity. The role involves provisioning, configuring, and architecting enterprise IT equipment, servers, and core network assets, with responsibilities to support staff across NYC locations and participate in after-hours on-call

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering or similar.
• Experience with Active Directory hybrid and Entra ID.
• Experience with Azure cloud and SaaS apps.
• Familiar with Cisco Meraki and VoIP/video solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1, 2, and 3 support by phone, online, and in-person at NYC locations.
• Provision, configure, and architect enterprise IT equipment and core networks.
• Maintain IT records and asset management.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Lead major IT infrastructure projects as assigned by leadership.
• Communicate IT changes and incidents proactively to staff.
