Job summary

Kaiser in Greensboro, NC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support IRIS databases and Epic systems. The role is fully onsite at our Greensboro facility and requires availability for Pacific Time hours with an on-call rotation approximately every two months.

The position involves installing, supporting, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting Linux-based databases, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives such as instance consolidations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in the planning, design, and implementation of security solutions.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of security technologies.
• Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area and coordinating resources.
• Provides consultation on IT infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture and partners with IT teams and business partners.
• Drives physical architecture design for new initiatives and leads implementation of enterprise infrastructure systems.
