Job summary

Adhesives Research, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of global network and infrastructure systems.

You will build secure, scalable architectures, ensure continuity, and support compliance initiatives while serving as a technical escalation point within IT. The role requires hands‑on Cisco and Microsoft technologies experience, including Azure, Hyper‑V, VDI, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related cloud and endpoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of network engineering/architecture experience.
• Deep Cisco networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11.
• Hybrid on-premises and Azure cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global networking solutions aligned to goals.
• Develop and maintain global network architecture and strategy.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for security and performance.
• Secure and integrate production systems with OT/manufacturing teams.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network devices and services.
• Oversee lifecycle, upgrades, patches, and hardware refresh.
• Manage firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, SAN/NAS, and IIS.
