Job summary

32 Points Manning, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Database & Infrastructure Manager to oversee administration, security, performance and ongoing improvement of the company's database environments, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, servers, networking and enterprise applications across shore-side offices and vessel-based technology.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT operations and infrastructure experience with large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune and Active Directory.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects end-to-end and manage stakeholders.
• Experience supporting vessel-based technology environments and shore-side offices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot core IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Provide hands-on administration for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, policies, and access controls.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and completion.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and incident response.
