Job summary

SkyVest Renewables seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across its enterprise environment, including cloud, networking, and OT/ICS domains. You will Architect, secure, and optimize hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) while overseeing identity, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

The role spans strategy, architecture, implementation, and vendor management, with emphasis on Zero Trust, incident response, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on cloud design in Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in networking and core security (IAM/MFA, EDR, SIEM).
• Experience with Microsoft technologies: AD, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Defender.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, DR/BC, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain secure, highly available enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Manage identity and directory services and enterprise authentication.
• Design enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Establish standards for servers, storage, virtualization, and endpoint management.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity across sites.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; implement Zero Trust remote access.
• Oversee network monitoring, capacity planning, and documentation.
• Own enterprise cybersecurity program end to end; implement IAM/MFA, EDR, SIEM, DLP, etc.
• Lead OT infrastructure and security for industrial environments (SCADA/ICS).
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability; manage budgets and vendor relations.
• Mentor staff and support M&A and integration activities.
